In order to promote the transparency of commercial practices and safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers, exchanges and returns comply with the laws in force, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14 and changes introduced by Law No. 47/2014 of July 28.

The customer can exchange or return items purchased in the online store. The deadline for exchanges and returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at your home and should contact www.unnosport.com, and must be provided with the order data.

The items to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in their original packaging. The consumer is only liable for the depreciation of goods arising from handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of that good.

1. The return or exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Receiving defective/damaged or exchanged items.

If you have received an item with defect, damaged or wrong size you should send an e-mail with a photo of the item, your order number and invoice so that we can identify it and proceed to terminate the contract. You must do this within 14 days of receiving the order at your home.

3. Right of Free Resolution

In compliance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance with a view to promoting the transparency of commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, www.unnosport.com reports the following:

– The consumer has the right to freely terminate his contract within 14 calendar days, without having to give any reason;

– The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, which must include the following information:

– Identification of the recipient (if your communication is by letter);

– Sender Identification – Name and Address

– Date (if your communication is by letter);

– Online Order number and date;

– Invoice-Receipt Number;

– Reference and quantity of the Articles to be returned;

– Signature (if your communication is by letter).

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

4. Effects of the Free Resolution

– In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will be reimbursed all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

– We carry out such refunds using the same means of payment that was used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

– We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

– You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the day on which you inform us of your free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 7-day period.

– You have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

– It is only responsible for depreciation of goods that arises from handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

Therefore, and regarding the goods to be returned you should pay attention to the following:

– The product has not been used or tampered with.

– The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged.

– The product is complete and properly packed in its original packaging (if the item consists of more than one piece, all pieces must be returned).
