The entire surface can be used, and there are no dangerous elements. The elastic and resistant material allows it to be used both without and with shoes, even technical shoes with cleats (soccer, rugby, American soccer). They are all equipped with a plate that creates a suction effect that makes them safe during exercises.

They are equipped with valves that allow the internal pressure to vary according to the capacity and load supported.

They can be used with the base facing the floor or facing upwards.
